Cheryl Burke tells PEOPLE she is looking forward to making her return to 'Dancing with the Stars' on Oct. 28, three years after her departure in 2022 following 26 seasons as a pro. She explains that it will be a 'reunion" with other cast members, who she hasn't spoken with 'recently.'
