Anne Heche’s Son Homer Claims Estate Cannot Pay Its Debts: New Docs

In documents obtained by PEOPLE, Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon has reported that his late mother's estate cannot pay its debts. He also reported that several creditors have filed claims totaling over $6 million and her remaining assets will not be able to pay its outstanding charges.
