DJ Akademiks (né Livingston Allen) was accused by Fauziya Abashe of rape and defamation. She alleges the 'Off the Record' podcaster raped her in July 2022. "Ms. Abashe was left no choice other than to file. Mr. Allen's hubris will be his downfall," the plaintiff's attorney said in a statement.
