Panera is facing another lawsuit over its highly caffeinated Charged Lemonade beverages. Attorneys for Pennsylvania teen Luke Adams filed a lawsuit on May 20, alleging that the 18-year-old went into cardiac arrest hours after drinking a Charged Lemonade.
