Following the deaths of brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, Sean M. Higgins has been charged with two counts of death by auto, reckless driving, possession of an open container and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. In court, prosecutors claimed that his blood alcohol level exceeded the legal limit and that he had road-rage issues.
