'When Hope Calls,' a spinoff of 'When Calls the Heart,' will feature Cindy Busby, Christopher Russell, Nick Bateman, Morgan Kohan, RJ Hatanaka, Wendy Crewson and Henneke Talbot as it returns for a second season this winter. It is set in 1916 and centered around the town's orphanage.
