Alec Baldwin's lawyers slammed the prosecutor in the actor's involuntary manslaughter case in new court documents obtained by PEOPLE. They claim Kari T. Morrissey, who asked Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer to reconsider her decision to dismiss the case with prejudice, has "continued abuse of the judicial process.”
