Several kindergarten students were injured after a tractor accident at a Wisconsin apple orchard, but one young boy, Gabe Mier, was airlifted to a Minnesota hospital for life-threatening injuries. His mother, Angie Mier, tells PEOPLE he is now recovering at home and "doing well."
