Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Garcia were granted dual restraining orders and have been estranged as a married couple since the domestic violence dispute on Aug. 29. In Garcia's filing obtained by PEOPLE, she claimed that the former 'Dancing with the Stars' pro had been "cut from the upcoming season" of the show a week before the incident.
