Brendon Donoho proposed to Kaitlyn Lawrence on Oct. 25 at Cedarhurst Center for the Arts in Mount Vernon, Illinois. The museum proposal included nine paintings by Natalie Hensley -- one for every year the couple have been together. 'She was in total shock,' the painter tells PEOPLE of Lawrence's reaction.
