Beyoncé announced her Cowboy Carter Tour via Instagram on Sunday, Feb. 2. The 'Texas Hold 'Em' singer, 43, previously teased something would happen on Jan. 14 following her Christmas Day halftime show, however, she chose to postpone her announcement amid the Los Angeles fires.
