Ke Huy Quan appeared on the other end of a phone call with Jason Isaacs' character Timothy Ratliff in the second episode of 'The White Lotus' season 3. This is not the first time Mike White has brought in a celebrity for a phone cameo; in season 2, Laura Dern made a voice appearance as well.
