One person is missing after a boat sank off Staten Island in New York which reportedly left three people dead and two injured. The U.S. Coast Guard responded to a 911 call about a "vessel taking water” near Breezy Point in Queens at around 12:04 p.m. on Sunday, Feb, 23, according to a press release.
