Over 20 civil service employees resigned from Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on Tuesday, Feb. 25. The group issued a joint resignation letter obtained by PEOPLE, and stated they were resigning out of a refusal to use their technical expertise to “dismantle critical public services.”
