A man is criticizing the charges his girlfriend is facing after he previously accused her of locking him in a storage unit in North Carolina for days. Robin Deaton was arrested on Feb. 26 and is facing attempted murder and kidnapping charges. Police previously told PEOPLE the victim had no food or water while locked in the facility.
