Three-year-old toddler Bridger Peabody heroically saved his great-grandmother Sharon Lewis after she fell outside her Strasburg, Colo., home in February. The young boy's mother, Stephanie Peabody, exclusively told PEOPLE that Lewis is now "recovering great!"
