Haley Joel Osment said on the 'Three Questions with Andy Richter' podcast days before his April 8 arrest in Mammoth Lakes, Calif. that he was going to the ski town to give his sister Emily Osment 'some privacy again' after living with her in the months since his home burned down in January.
