After being called out by a shopper in Georgia, Kroger issued a response about some of the desserts that were sold in its grocery store to celebrate Juneteenth. The cakes featured slogans such as 'Free @ Last,' and a spokesperson said that they 'were inconsistent with our provided guidance and not of the quality we would expect to see from our stores.'
