A 13-year-old boy, who allegedly shot his 8-year-old cousin on July 11, was arrested alongside his grandmother, Knisha Ann Perkins, in connection with the child's death. The 13-year-old was charged with felony murder and aggravated assault, and the grandmother was charged with three counts of cruelty to children in the second degree and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
