Disney Will Pay $10 Million for Collecting Children’s Data from Its YouTube Videos

Disney will pay a $10 million civil penalty to the Federal Trade Commission for allegedly violating the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act by allowing children's data to be collected and used for targeted advertising.
