After the rapper was videoed appearing to nod off during closing arguments, Cardi B confirmed she was in fact falling asleep in the courtroom during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show on Monday, Sept. 15. Cardi was ultimately found not liable for assault and battery against former security guard Emani Ellis.
