Officials in Florida have identified the body of an 18-year-old woman found floating in a canal after she was ejected from a motorcycle in an incident that injured three other people. The remains belonged to Angelina Plasencia, the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office said in a statement on Tuesday, Sept. 16
