A proposed contract for Blake Lively's performance as Lily Bloom in 'It Ends With Us' was unsealed on Thursday, Oct. 9. PEOPLE obtained a draft of a contract for Lively in which several bonuses were allotted for the 'Gossip Girl' alum should she have won a major award for her performance in the 2024 film.
