A vehicle struck a group of people gathered at a children's party in Bladensburg, Maryland, on Saturday, Oct. 18, according to the Bladensburg Police Department (BPD). At least 11 people were injured in the incident and the driver of the vehicle allegedly fled the scene on foot.
