Sia's estranged husband Dan Bernad is asking for sole custody of the couple's child, Somersault Wonder Bernad, 19 months, whom they refer to in the court documents obtained by PEOPLE as "Summi." Bernad alleged that the 49-year-old is "an unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction."
