Wilmer Valderrama is not returning to 'That '90s Show' season 2 because 'there's no time,' he said at the 2024 Monte-Carlo Television Festival. Valderrama plays Fez in the spinoff and original series, 'That '70s Show.' Original stars Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher and Topher Grace are also not returning for season 2.
