Julie Chrisley's sentence for bank fraud and tax evasion was thrown out on June 21 as a panel of federal appeals judges ordered a resentencing. The 'Chrisley Knows Best' star, along with her husband Todd Chrisley and accountant Peter Tarantino, was previously convicted of fraud and tax evasion in 2022 and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
