The red sequined dress Tonya Harding wore to the 1994 U.S. Figure Skating Championships where Nancy Kerrigan was attacked by thugs hired by her then-husband Jeff Gillooly is up for auction. She later wore the same dress to the 1994 Olympics in Lillehammer.
