'General Hospital' star Lynn Herring recalls Richard Simmons having a ‘wicked sense of humor’ when they worked together on the soap. Herring, as well as 'General Hospital' executive producer, Frank Valentini, shared statements with PEOPLE following Simmons death on July 13 at age 76.
