Nikki Garcia is asking for privacy after her 'Dancing with the Stars' pro husband Artem Chigvintsev was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. The 'Total Bellas' alum called the incident a "private matter" one day after Chigvintsev was taken into custody in Napa Valley.
