Dr. Mark Chavez agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine at a later date and gave up his passport and medical license. Chavez previously admitted to selling ketamine to Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who in turn allegedly supplied drugs to Matthew Perry's assistant before his death.
