Brittany Cartwright filed for divorce on Aug. 27, and Jax Taylor responded a month later requesting she take full custody of their 3-year-old son Cruz. The reality TV star clarified he and Cartwright had "already long resolved" custody issues before he filed a response to her petition on Sept. 26.
