A man in Washington is recovering from a leg injury after his rescue dog, Gita, ran out to the street to alert a sheriff's deputy that something was wrong. The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office wrote in Facebook post that 'the loyalty and heroism of our furry friends never cease to amaze us.'
