Cissy Houston — the mother of the late Whitney Houston — died at home in New Jersey on Monday, Oct. 7 while under hospice care for Alzheimer's disease. A source tells PEOPLE that her family, including daughter-in-law Pat Houston, is "devastated" by her death.
