Pia Toscano hinted that the 'very special' performers for her wedding this November will be David Foster and Katharine McPhee. 'Might be David and Kat, but I probably shouldn't say anything,' Toscano teased to PEOPLE at Foster's 75th birthday celebration at the Hollywood Bowl on Nov. 3.
