Leah McSweeney appeared in court on Nov. 14 after suing Andy Cohen and production for discrimination and pressuring her to drink despite her sobriety when she was on 'The Real Housewives of New York City.' The judge stated that he had never seen the show as NBC's lawyers said her experience was standard in reality TV.
