Trooper, the dog who previously was chained to a fence during Hurricane Milton, has found his forever home. 'From the moment he was introduced to his new Mom and Dad, you could see that it was a perfect match,' the Humane Society wrote of the adoption. Trooper also fell in love with his new family's other dog, Dallas.
