An Ohio man, Michael Mayor, allegedly slammed toddler Vivian Gardner on the floor after she wouldn't stop crying while he was trying to put her down for a nap on Dec. 5. He was arrested and charged, and the toddler died two weeks later of her injuries, including a skull fracture and bleeding in her brain.
