Alec Baldwin sued prosecutors for malicious abuse of process, defamation and violation of the New Mexico Civil Rights Act, per court docs obtained by PEOPLE. In December, prosecutors dropped their notice to appeal five months after an involuntary manslaughter charge against Baldwin was dismissed.
