A cat who suffered burns in the L.A. fires after their owner's home 'burnt to the ground' is now recovering and healing at a shelter. 'His healing is coming along beautifully,' Mario's Paw Animal Rescue wrote of the feline, who they have called Mr. Cat, on Instagram.
