Sean 'Diddy' Combs filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Courtney Burgess, a man who alleged there are tapes of Combs involved in the sexual assault of minors, as well as Burgess' attorney, Ariel Mitchell. NewsNation was also named in the lawsuit for airing segments surrounding the claims against Combs.
