Chad Gerlaugh, 46, went into the hospital for a routine kidney stone operation in April 2019 and was released 19 days later without his arms and legs. Gerlaugh filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against the medical facility and his doctor in 2021, and the parties reached a settlement this week.
