A South Carolina woman is accused of killing her newborn son while giving birth to the boy. Police charged An T. Ngo with homicide by child abuse after she allegedly stabbed her newborn son to death with a metal letter opener both during and after childbirth. Police say Ngo then put the boy's body in a plastic bag.
