'District 9' director Neill Blomkamp is set to write and direct a new adaptation of 'Starship Troopers'. The 1997 'Starship Troopers' featured several rising '90s stars like Casper Van Dien, Denise Richards, Jake Busey and Neil Patrick Harris.
