Kevin McMahon, 64, discovered his parents weren’t his biological parents over sixty years after his birth, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. He is now suing Jamaica Hospital Medical Center on a claim of medical malpractice for allegedly switching him at birth with Ross McMahon in May 1960.
