Kevin Costner was named in a sexual harassment complaint filed by stunt performer Devyn LaBella on Tuesday, May 27. In the complaint obtained by PEOPLE, Labella alleges she "was the victim of a violent, unscripted, unscheduled rape scene" directed by the actor on May 2, 2023.
