Kelvin Joseph Jr., a 25-year-old former NFL star, has been charged with DWI following his involvement in a crash that killed a motorcyclist, according to police in Texas. Police were investigating the fatal crash in Richardson when the D.C. Defenders cornerback called 911 to report that he had been involved.
