Vance Boelter, the suspect in the Minnesota lawmakers shootings, allegedly sent chilling texts to his roommate amid the tragedy. Police believe he murdered state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark Hortman during one shooting, and injured state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife Yvette Hoffman during a separate incident.
