According to a 911 call report provided by the New York City Fire Department, authorities responded to a call of a reported cardiac arrest at Anne Burrell's address. She was 55. Burrell was found unresponsive and declared dead by the New York Police Department in her home in Brooklyn, N.Y. on the morning of Tuesday, June 16.
