A 28-year-old woman was speeding when her vehicle crossed the center line and flipped onto another vehicle in O‘ahu, killing the driver and a 19-year-old passenger, on Tuesday, June 17. The two other passengers were critically injured, while the sole driver of the other vehicle, a 17-year-old girl, sustained minor injuries.
